1. Who we are

Arshad Trade - F.Z.E, trading as Vowery — a Free Zone Establishment registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, holding commercial licence no. 43349 issued by the Free Zones Authority of Ajman, with its registered office at Office C1 – 1F – SF7756, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

2. What we sell

Interactive wedding website templates, delivered as a link that copies the template into the buyer’s own Canva account, together with a PDF guide. A Canva account is required; a free one is sufficient. We also offer an optional setup service, in which we configure your template for you.

3. Delivery

Immediately after payment, by email, to the address given at checkout. If nothing arrives within one hour, check your spam folder, then write to us.

Nothing is ever shipped physically, so no customs duty or import tax can apply to your order, wherever you live.

4. Licence

One purchase covers one wedding — yours, or a single client’s if you are a planner. You may edit the template freely and publish it. You may not resell it, redistribute it, share the template link, or use it for more than one wedding. The design remains the property of Arshad Trade - F.Z.E.

5. Right of withdrawal

Waived by the buyer at checkout, the content being digital and supplied immediately. At checkout you are asked to confirm two things: that you want the file delivered straight away, and that you therefore give up your right of withdrawal. Your answer is recorded on the order.

This follows the consumer law applicable where you live — in the European Union, article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; in France, article L221-28, 13° of the Consumer Code. All sales are final, subject to our refund policy.

6. Prices

In euros, taxes included where applicable. We may change our prices at any time; the price shown at the time of your order is the one that applies.

7. Availability of the templates

The templates run inside Canva, a service we do not control. We keep them working and will repair anything that breaks on our side, but we cannot guarantee Canva’s own availability or that it will never change its features.

Canva is a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd. Vowery is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Canva.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before its courts.
